Overview and Review of the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic directed by P.J. Hogan.
Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher) from New York a journalist, a certified "shop-aholic" who happens to be a compulsive liar and is currently into deep with her debts because of her credit cards. She always dreams of working in a fashion magazine named "Alette" but landed in a financial magazine called "Successful Saving" run by Luke Brandon (Hugh Dancy) and gave her a column called: "The Girl in the Green Scarf". And she's becoming a sensation in all of the business people and making waves.
It's a nice cute story about "shopping". Rebecca sure made a poetic description of shopping and you can see how she loved it. :) It's fun and entertaining. I like the scene with Rebecca's dad at the freezing lake.
Im liking the actor.. and I love the poetic descriptions of shopping. :P Yay!
