This one is a specialty from Malolos, Bulacan. And, I suggest you try it.When I first heard it's name, I thought it would be "crunchy" and all. But, when someone gave this treat to us... it was different from what I expected.
This treat is a cross over between a jelly roll and a Pastel (A Camiguin Island specialty). Why? Because, it is shaped like a mini jelly roll (it is rolled, that's why the name "inipit") and the inside tasted like the yema at a Pastel bun.
You should try it.
